Interior Painting

Apply one coat of primer to all walls and ceilings using Fresh Start Benjamin Moore Latex.

Fine preparation of all walls and ceilings using spotlights to identify imperfections. Light spacing and floating at large voids where trims meet drywall to ensure clean, straight lines.

Fill all nail holes and joints with wood filler and Bondo for all casings, crowns, baseboards, wainscoting, specialty trims, and cabinetry as specified.

Application of 2 finish coats using environmentally responsible Benjamin Moore Regal Flat or Sherwin-Williams paint for all walls and ceilings. All surfaces are inspected, sanded, and wiped clean between coats.

Sand all trims, cabinetry, and millwork with fine-grit sandpaper.

Apply one Benjamin Moore Oil Enamel Underbody coat to all trims, cabinetry, and millwork.

Complete cleaning of all areas to remove dust before commencing finish coats.

All trims, cabinetry, and millwork are wiped down with denatured alcohol to eliminate surface dust on the day finish coats begin.

Caulking of all trims.

Sanding and correction of any imperfections identified between coats.

Full protection of all finished surfaces before work begins — papering all floors, taping all windows, covering all tile and stone surfaces, protecting all finished millwork, decorative hardware, and plumbing fixtures.

Daily clean-up and removal of all debris.
