Francisco & Family F&F Painting Company is a family owned painting and home improvement company based in Connecticut. F&F Painting is owned and operated by husband and wife team, Francisco and Doris Tinajero. Together with their dedicated team, they pay close attention to all aspects of a project, down to the smallest details. In addition to providing expert painting services to residential customers across Fairfield County, F&F Painting also provides the same “best in class” professional services to commercial clients.

• Apply one coat of primer to all walls and ceilings. The primer will be Fresh Start Ben Moore Latex.
   
• Fine preparation of all walls and ceilings using spotlights to find imperfections. Light spacing and floating at large voids where trims meet drywall to ensure clean, straight lines.
   
• Fill all nails, holes, and joints with either wood filler and Bondo for all casings, crowns, baseboards, wainscoting, specialty trims, and cabinetry as specified.
   
• Application of 2 finish coats using environmentally friendly Ben Moore Regal Flat or Sherwin Williams paint for all walls and ceilings. (All surfaces will be inspected, sanded, and wiped clean between coats.)
   
• Sand all trims, cabinetry, and millwork with sandpaper.
   
• Applying one Ben Moore Oil Enamel Underbody coat to all trims, cabinetry, and millwork.
   
• Complete cleaning of all areas to remove dust before commencing finish coats.
   
• All trims, cabinetry, and millwork will be wiped down with denatured alcohol, helping to remove all surface dust the day the finish coats start.
   
• Caulking of all trims.
   
• Sanding and correction of any imperfections that may have been missed between coats.
   
• Protection of all finished surfaces before work commences. This includes papering all floors, taping all windows, covering all tiles and stone surfaces, covering all finished millwork, protecting all decorative hardware and plumbing fixtures, etc.
   
• Daily clean up and removal of all debris.
